Net Positive Prefab Dwellings

Z-fab will manufacture affordable prefab accessory dwelling units with a net zero or net positive energy. Our goal is to provide a unique service model through manufacturing and delivery that quickly, painlessly and efficiently installs z-fab ADUs in backyards or empty lots. Z-fab will have three audiences. The first is the homeowner needing added income or added living space. The second is the homeowners with vacant property: vacation destinations, personal retreats, and other discretionary uses. The third is suited for rapid provisioning of temporary and replacement housing.
